Methodology & data sources

Transparency is the core of our E-E-A-T: this page documents where our data comes from, how often it is refreshed, and the formulas behind every calculation.

How the pricing snapshot works

Every price on this site is a dated snapshot (June 2026) of a figure published on the vendor's own pricing page, linked on each vendor page. Observability pricing is modular and volatile - it varies by tier, region, retention, volume and negotiated discounts - so we never present a price as universal or current. Where a vendor does not publish a flat number (usage-based, credit-based or contact-sales pricing), we mark it as such and never invent a figure. We do not store your inputs.

How derived figures are calculated

Limitations

Figures are a dated snapshot for general information and may lag the vendor's current pricing or contain errors. They are not quotes. Always verify against the vendor's pricing page before relying on them. See our disclaimer.
